NoseFrida How it Works & Demonstration with a Baby

In this video, we’ll show you how NoseFrida works. NoseFrida is a saline solution to help clean your baby’s nostrils for better breathing and no baby boogers. First, make sure you baby is in the right position.
Place your baby on their side to facilitate squirting of the nasal saline solution and help your baby hold the solution better. Squirt the saline solution gently into each nostril and let it soak for a minute. Don’t force or battle with your child. Make it playful so your baby feels more comfortable. It’s always difficult at first for a new father to handle this type of treatment, but you’ll be OK after doing it a few times.
